Al Nasseem introduces a modern residential community in Al Ain’s central park, next to the protected Wadi wetland. Our competition entry features pocket parks, sculpted terrain, and winding sidewalks that encourage movement and connection.
We designed 61 private villas (3,400–5,600 sq ft), an outdoor souq, and links to the existing commercial core. The architecture blends contemporary design with elements inspired by Al Ain’s oasis, mountains, deserts, and palm groves.
We honored the original eastern master plan and built on its strengths, creating a unified and economically sound development. Landscaped streets balance privacy and density, using varied plantings and softened fencing to enhance walkability.
The plan includes athletic fields, a children’s park, a mini-souk, a 1.1 km running/biking loop, water features, and sculptural boulders. Our flexible villa layout adapts to changing needs without disrupting the overall design. We tailored the project to reflect Al Ain’s environment, culture, and traditions.
