Joyful and exhilarating
Sitting adjacent to the O'Connell's
Victorian living quarters, this guesthouse
and art studio provides a stunning
streetscape in an established Denver
neighborhood. Kevin's photographic
studio fills the basement area, while a
section of the ground floor acts as the
creative workspace for Madeleine's easels
and paints.
A living area, effieciency kitchen and bath
are also located on the ground floor. An
upstairs sleeping loft doubles as a space
to exhibit the couple's artwork. Access to
the rooftop terrace is from the loft. Each
area of the house is defined by a rich
color palette of jewel tones.*
