Program & Area: 58 Dwelling Units, 108 Parking Spaces, 115,000 sq. ft.
Design Completed: 1999
The tower was commissioned by a public-
private partnership and occupies a beatuiful
hillside site overlooking the Dnieper River. The
program called for a mix of modestly priced
rentals along with several luxury residential
hotel units.
