Project description: start with big idea or unique feature of the project.* - Project for new Collection Center for the Imperial War Museum in the London Borough of Southwalk’s historic Georgian Conservation Area. 85,000 square feet. Construction cost $25M for an Artifact Restoration Center, Reference Library, Art Galleries, Conference & Education Center, new Exhibition & Archive Storage space and Historic Film Processing Center. The project involves the conversion, restoration and extension of London’s infamous Bedlam Hospital (Georgian) and Annex(Victorian).
