New Headquarters Building for the HAC in The City of London. 76,000 square feet, Construction cost $16M. Opened by HM Queen Elizabeth II in 1996 as a world-renowned example of contemporary architecture in an historic context with restoration of Armoury House (Georgian), Finsbury Barracks (Victorian) and the Artillery Ground (historic grounds - 1666). Included Museum for the Henry VIII’s Greenwich Armour and the Active Unit for the HAC Volunteer Reserve. The Client is the oldest Military body in the world, founded in 1516.
