Environmentally responsible
Located off a busy
intersection of major streets,
the building offers exposure
and easy access for tenants
and visitors. The project
focused on expansion,
conversion, adaptive reuse
of the existing 2-story office
structure. New facility was
planned to become a mixed
use complex featuring
medical and dental uses on
the upper level, pharmacy
and coffee/ice cream parlor
at the street level.
OS completed multiple
design packages for this
client including site planning
parking study, TI packages
for the dental office; medical
specialties supply showroom,
small pharmacy, non-
supervised medical spa, and
coffee and ice cream parlor.

Exterior balcony off upper
level allowed for the usable
outdoor space off dental and
medical spaces.
Selection of interior materials
was driven by aesthetics,
durability, maintenance
concerns. Vibrant color
scheme complements the
overall angular design of the
building.
