60,000 square feet office
building, an estimated 100
new housing units, and a new
community center near the
Mercy Hospital site at 16th
and Milwaukee, south of City
Park, in Denver, Colorado.
The Mercy Housing System
includes 12,000 work force
housing units nationwide,
with more underway.
