Joyful and exhilarating
This project is a proposal
to convert a dysfunctional
retail site to a vibrant mixed
use residential, retail and
entertainment development.
The design integrates the
retail and residential areas
with a porposed farmer's
market or outdoor mall
through a series of highly
landscaped pedestrian
corridors. The landscaped
areas serve as a buffers
between uses that transform
the project from a series
of individual structures
to an holistic pedestrian
experience.
