INTERN PROGRAM
Obermeier Sheykhet established an intern program to:
- Offer students or recent graduates hands-on experience
- Recruit future employees
- Benefit from new ideas and current technology
Our intern program consists of six phases:
- Phase 1: Technical/Library
- Phase 2: Technology
- Phase 3: Field Conditions Verification
- Phase 4: Computer Drafting
- Phase 5: Presentation Skills
- Phase 6: Project Management
Each position has a job description. Supervisors meet with the interns for intermediate and final reviews, and to discuss questions and concerns. The work schedule and dates of the work assignment are arranged with the intern.
Our program offers the oppertunity to implement the skills learned during the course of the internship.
